I lost 18kg in that year.
It is now over 2 years later and I am still at my goal weight and I am not struggling to keep it off.

This was the perfect modality for me.
It was by no means a quick way to lose weight.
Instead I found a way to lose weight slowly and consistently.
In my sessions with Vera, I had the rare opportunity to face my inner demons in a safe space and to discover what was stopping me from losing weight.

I live my life in two equally beautiful and yet very different places at opposite ends of the world – Cape Town in South Africa and the island of Reichenau in Germany where I was born, went to school and studied.
Both are home to me.
My earlier career was in Information Technology, first in the corporate world and then running my own businesses.
I love all animals and the earth, living a sustainable & healthy lifestyle, hiking in mountains, swimming, dancing and reading.
